• A maximum of 6 persons per villa, including children
• A Deposit of 50% is required on direct booking
• Balance in full to be paid 14 days prior to arrival
• No charge for cancellation 30 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation within 30 – 7 days prior to arrival 50% of total tariff will be charged
• Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival – 100% of total tariff will be charged
• Payment for direct bookings is by bank transfer in any of the following currencies at the rate prevailing (XE.com) on the day of booking: USD, SGD, AUD, Euro. Account number will be provided via email. E-receipt will be issued and villa guest guide provided after deposit.
• On the day of departure, should damage or loss caused by you occur as a direct result your stay, the cost to repair or replace an item will be finalised prior to departure.

LIABILITY:
The owners, management and staff of Villa Samsara and Villa Rajawali, accept no responsibility for any personal injury, sickness loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by, or arising from the use of the property, its facilities, or otherwise, nor any arising from exceptional weather conditions, Balinese festivals or traditional practices, airlines or other travel arrangements, or any other matter beyond our control or remit. No responsibility is accepted for guests’ personal belongings. Every reasonable effort is made to present the property in excellent order in accordance with its advertised standards.
